Colectivo Universitario de Disidencia Sexual
The University Collective of Sexual Dissidence (Colectivo Universitario de Disidencia Sexual – CUDS) was founded in Chile in 2002. Through grassroots activism and theoretical production, the group challenges normative and hegemonic thinking around sexual and gender expression.Daniela Cápona is an actress, playwright and theater researcher. As an activist, she has been part of groups for LGTBI rights in Chile and Spain, has participated in the Stop AIDS Group (LAMBDA collective Valencia, Spain) and is currently a member of CUDS-Chile. In the academic field, her work focuses on the relationships between art and sexual disobedience. Josecarlo Henríquez is a sex worker, CUDS activist, and the author of the book #SoyPuto (2016). He has collaborated in different postporno projects and has lectured on the intersection of sex work and feminism in several Chilean universities and other Latin American convenings.
