Sheldon Scott makes performance, sculpture, photography, installation, spoken-word and creative non-fiction writing. Scott’s work plays in the intersection of Race, Economics and Sexuality while impugning mythologies of Black Male physical supernaturality. His upcoming show at the National Portrait Gallery, “Precious in De Watah; Portrait of a Geechee”, opens this Fall.
