The Baltimore Development Cooperative is an artist collective invested in the analysis of urbanism through a lens of economic, social, and environmental justice. Their practice includes the creation of social spaces, exhibitions, workshops, and tours of public spaces. Projects include “The Downtown Farm Co-op” and “Participation Park,” an interactive social space that won the Sondheim Artscape Prize this year. The core members of BDC are Scott Berzofsky, Dane Nester, and Nicholas Wisniewski.
